Thursday Night

On the third Thursday of this month, when my siblings and I were playing music on the street, and some friends of ours were there handing out tracks.

There was a couple there, listening to us play. And I heard that the man wanted me to play his violin to see how it sounds like with other instruments.

So I played it, and it sounded really good. After playing a few songs on it, I went to tell him what I thought of it. When I did he asked me questions like, how many violins did I have or if I had any.

Then they gave the violin to me! My family and I had been praying for one! What an answer to prayer, and it was no ordinary violin either, it was an antique. It has nice inlays all over it, and it sounds great! They said it would be a blessing to them if I took it.

He had gotten this violin a long time ago, and it amazes me just to think of how God planned this out,

And how He knew that we would pray for it all these years later!  So I just want to give all the glory to God, and remind you that He does answer prayer.

Church Building...

We just got a church building, and spent the day fixing and cleaning it.

It was a school building 15 years ago,

but people before us fixed it up like a church.

I think God likes working things out so perfectly, we have been so blessed.

10,000 square feet to use!

I know, almost everything I have posted recently is somehow related to music.

 But thats all I can think of right now. :-)

Happy 14th Birthday Clarissa!

Our Grandpa....Albert...

..is in the hospital and is not doing so well,  he will probably go to be with the LORD soon.  He is sick with cancer and in a lot of pain so please pray for him.

Our great God !

The other day we were at the neighbors and getting ready to leave. We hopped in the van hoping to get home quickly, and the van would not start! I tryed and tryed (ok it's very old and happens often) Sterling was at home trying to keep the potatoes from burning. I quickly said Dear God PLEASE make this van start! Then I turned the key and it started right away! We got home and finished supper The potatos did taste a little *different* but everyone said that it was a good burnt taste. We called it "western stlye" supper because *someone* got chil beans mixed up with baked beans". LOL !!!
